Recital Information
At our school everyone is encouraged to perform. It gives the student a reason to keep practicing every week with an end goal in mind as well as giving the parents opportunity to hear the result of all of the hard work, time, and effort that their sons and daughters have put in. Students also get the opportunity at our recitals to hear what other students are doing and give them ideas for new music they themselves are interested in learning and give them motivation to practice even more.
We keep our recitals free throughout the year including our Honors Recital. We always provide students with a quality venue to perform in including local area churches and Public School auditoriums. Our Honors recital actually serves many useful purposes. Our students get the opportunity to play for members of the community as well as give something back. This past year our Honors Recital was also a benefit concert to support Domestic Violence and Rape Crisis Center of Saratoga County in which our students helped raise over $700 for the organization.
